Privacy

The privacy of your customer data and orders are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in or register as a partner of Simply Crackers and you may opt out at any time.

Pricing

All of our prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.  Prices are current at the time of ordering and are subject to change without notice.

Method of Payment

All payments must be received by Simply Crackers prior to orders being sent and can currently be made by the following option(s):

Online Banking - please use your name and order reference # as the payment reference. 

Note: Payments made using this method will not show up until the next working day after you have processed the payment from your bank.

Confirmation of Orders

All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us. 

In the event of order(s) / order item(s) being unable to be filled for any reason we will be in contact with you to organise a backorder or refund of the order(s) / order item(s).

Delivery

We deliver throughout New Zealand.  Delivery to other countries is only available by prior arrangement.  We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address.

We will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in a timely fashion, but will not be liable for loss, damage or delay in delivery that is out of our control.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery information.  In the event of incorrect delivery details being provided, redelivery to the correct address will incur a supplementary delivery charge.

Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, we will endeavour to provide a full replacement or issue a refund.  Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

If your purchases have been damaged in transit or our product is faulty, please contact us immediately.  Contact must be made within 7 days of the goods arrival to be eligible for a refund.

Safety Notice

Warning:  Crackers provided by Simply Crackers are not suitable for children under three years as they may contain small parts.

Directions for use:  Grasp cracker firmly by pressing the thumb down to trap the snap between the layers of paper.  Pull cracker away from face and at arms length, do not pull snap outside crackers.
